This month our focus will be on the clothing and accessories that make cold weather riding enjoyable.

Here is a sneak peak:

Just as with many things in life, the outdoor clothing experience begins with a good base (layer). That is where we will begin as well. We have chosen to partner with Hincapie Sportswear to provide the Pedalin’ Fools Adventures clothing and accessories. According to the Hincapie Sportswear website, base layers not only provide the first layer of insulation, they are also designed to wick moisture away from the skin, which will help cool you when we return to the warm days of summer. In this article we are going to focus on the insulating qualities of a good base layer.
